9:30 – 10:00        What to expect at The Pocket

10:00 – 10:30      Tour the grounds and the classrooms

10:30 – 11:00      What will Kindergarten look like in 2019?

11:00 – 11:30      Join us for lunch and let your children play in the gorgeous playground.

We would love your children to come along to this information day too. They can either stay with you during the morning or go with one of our Year 5 buddies and join the learning in the K/1 classroom. Bring along a piece of fruit so they can join in with Fruit Break.

Smart Start Transition

How many Smart Start days can your child attend? All of them, one of them... it really is up to you. We run a comprehensive transition to school program to ensure students feel safe and happy when they start big school the following year.

What should we bring? Ensure your child has a packed lunch, fruit or vegetables for fruit break time (10am), a hat and a water bottle.

Your children will be learning across all key learning areas while involved in the Smart Start program. This gives them an outstanding taster for what big school looks and feels like. We would love for you to stay with your children in the first session so that you can see what big school looks and feels like at The Pocket.

Contact Pauline in the office to register your child's attendance.
If you have any questions please contact the school or simply come in. We would love to see you.
